My Approach to Therapy
I believe therapy should be a safe, comfortable, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Using a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach, I help clients highlight their inherent resilience, values, and capacity for growth. We often explore how early experiences, interpersonal relationships, and core beliefs shape current challenges—working together to heal, shift patterns, and embrace change, even when it feels scary. I practice through a multicultural, anti-oppressive, and social justice lens, honoring each client’s unique identities, experiences, and worldviews.
