Licensed Therapist – W-2 Position (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Hearth Counseling & Consulting is a private group practice based in Raleigh, North Carolina, specializing in reproductive, pregnancy, and postpartum mental health, as well as therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, families, and the LGBTQ+ community. We are deeply committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care and fostering a collaborative, supportive environment where clinicians can grow professionally and feel genuinely supported.

We are currently seeking licensed clinicians (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD/PsyD) to join our team providing outpatient therapy services. This is a W-2 position with benefits, ideal for clinicians who value meaningful clinical work, autonomy, and a strong sense of community within their workplace.

Who We’re Looking For

We are especially interested in clinicians with training and clinical experience in perinatal mental health, including work with pregnancy, infertility, postpartum depression and anxiety, adjustment to motherhood, and related women’s mental health concerns.
