Welcome to Hearth Counseling & Consulting

I am the Outreach Coordinator at Hearth Counseling & Consulting, where I focus on building meaningful connections between the practice and the community we serve. I am an alum of Appalachian State University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology, and I bring a background in childcare, customer service, and community outreach.

I have a naturally warm and bubbly personality, and I pride myself on my ability to connect with others and create a sense of comfort and ease. My attentive listening skills and adaptability allow me to meet people where they are, which helps me build strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and the broader community.

In my role, I coordinate community engagement efforts and support events and outreach initiatives that expand access to mental health services. I am highly organized in everything I do—checklists are my best friend, and I enjoy bringing creativity and intention to each project. I am deeply passionate about helping others and committed to making mental health resources more accessible and approachable.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two Labrador retrievers, getting lost in a good book, and creating in the kitchen, whether cooking meals or baking treats for my family. I also love thrifting and antiquing, always searching for unique items that deserve a second chance to be loved.
