My Approach to Therapy
My therapeutic style is collaborative and prioritizes authenticity and respect within the therapeutic relationship. My role is not to fix problems or provide advice, but to highlight the existing strength, power, and solutions you hold. I utilize a holistic approach that combines the person-centered model, a strength based approach, and recognizes the integration of the mind and body. My therapeutic style provides a space to express your identities, worldviews, and experiences in a judgment-free environment. When requested, I counsel with the integration of christianity. All beliefs, faiths, and identities are welcomed and celebrated.

I recently moved to the Raleigh area with my husband and 2 dogs. I have lived in NJ, SC, and NY in recent years. I am a dance teacher and a worship leader outside of being a therapist. Outside of my many roles I enjoy:
- Crocheting
- Yoga & dance
- Writing & reading
- Trying every restaurant ever with my husband
- Exploring new nature trails with my pups
