My Approach to Therapy
I approach therapy with a person centered/whole person, systemic, and trauma-informed lens, understanding that we are impacted by all aspects of our environment, relationships, and experiences. I place value in the therapeutic relationship cultivated, so I will always offer a safe place to explore your feelings, actions, and decisions without having to minimize or justify. I respect that that is a sacred space and it is never lost on me that I have the privilege of walking with individuals through some of their most challenging and vulnerable moments.
In the professional space, I honor and welcome reciprocal feedback. As much as I may provide you with observations and feedback, I appreciate the same in return to ensure that your therapy experience is what you need it to be. I will always bring intentionality and openness in receiving this feedback.

A Little About Me
I currently reside in the Raleigh area with my spouse, child, and dog. We love spending time together outside and exploring new places to play. I love finding new restaurants, trying new recipes, reading a good book, getting lost in a movie, relaxing at home, taking walks, and going shopping.
I find joy in self-exploration, continuous learning about people, and the many nuances of life. Hearing peoples’ stories is one of my greatest joys, which I often get to do at work and in my personal life.
