You don't have to navigate life's challenging seasons alone

Therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Welcome

We can start exactly where you are

Hi, and thank you for being here. I’m Nade’a Boles, LCMHC. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families as they navigate life’s transitions, relationships, and challenging seasons.

I believe that everyone needs help sometimes, and that seeking support is not a sign of weakness; it is an act of self-awareness and courage. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious enough to explore, and supported enough to grow.

My work centers around helping clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, family concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

A significant part of my work is with couples and individuals who are trying to understand their relationship patterns, improve communication, establish healthier boundaries, rebuild trust, or determine what they truly want from their relationships. I believe relationships can be deeply meaningful while also being complicated, and therapy can provide the space to slow down and understand what is happening beneath the surface.

My Approach to Therapy

Collaborative, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices

My approach to therapy is collaborative, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and I work to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals and couples can explore challenges and build on their strengths.

For individuals, I focus on increasing self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, and addressing concerns such as anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional regulation. Together, we work to identify patterns, build resilience, and develop practical strategies that support personal growth and overall well-being.

In my work with couples, I incorporate a Gottman-informed approach, focusing on improving communication, strengthening emotional connection, and developing practical tools for navigating conflict.

I believe that seeking support is a sign of strength and that everyone deserves a space where they can feel valued and supported. My goal is to meet you where you are, honor your unique story, and help you move toward greater balance, connection, and well-being.

A Little About Me

Outside of being a therapist, I’m a lover of books, music, shopping, good food, and spending time with my Maltipoo. I also have a creative side and enjoy writing and storytelling, which have always been meaningful ways for me to explore life and make sense of the world around me.

I believe life is full of seasons; some ask us to heal, some to grow, and some to let go. Wherever you find yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in a relationship pattern, or simply know that something needs to change, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Everyone needs help sometimes. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.
