Maintaining Privacy & Emotional Safety

At Hearth Counseling & Consulting, we prioritize both emotional safety and privacy. All participants are expected to engage with openness, respect, and compassion toward one another.

Financial Responsibility & Attendance Policy

Group therapy services at Hearth Counseling & Consulting (HCC) are offered as a self-pay service and are not billed to insurance.

By enrolling in group therapy, you acknowledge:

  • You are choosing to participate outside of your insurance benefits

  • A superbill will not be provided for reimbursement

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Due to the limited size and reserved nature of group therapy:

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule

  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) and no-shows will be charged the full session fee

  • Repeated late cancellations or missed sessions may result in removal from the group
